Seller is NOT held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Once the seller drops off the package at the post office, it's out of their hands. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged by the postal service, you may file a CLAIM with the POSTAL SERVICE for the amount the package was worth. Although chance of something like this happening is less than 1%, please note, it still does happen.
